Hi. Technical Communications is changing ... rapidly. Gone are the days of the technical writer sitting down and learning an application or device and writing a "book" on how to use it. A Tech Comms person nowadays must be multi-faceted. A real Tech Comms pro must be able to write, code, do graphics, understand user interface / user experience concepts and apply them. Additionally, one should have marketing and/or SEO experience. All of this describes me.
